We’re building a new kind of indoor venue for Turners Falls—a place where neighbors come together to play games, learn something new, celebrate milestones, and build community. Whether you’re here for pickleball or painting, a wedding or a weekly Scrabble night, this space is for you.
With flexible indoor space designed to host everything from casual gatherings to town-wide events, we aim to create a dynamic, inclusive facility that reflects the energy and interests of our entire community.
What You Can Expect
This multi-use venue will feature:
- Two convertible pickleball courts that double as open space for events or classes
- Regular programming including:
Pickleball, bocce, cornhole, and roller skating nights
Chess, mahjong, and Scrabble nights
65+ coffee mornings, youth events, and all-ages Dungeons & Dragons
Art classes, lectures, and live music or film screenings
Bingo, cubing meetups, and seasonal community markets
- Private event rentals for weddings, fundraisers, birthday parties, and more
- Optional liquor license support to enable special event service
- Partnership with the Town’s Parks & Recreation Department to keep the space accessible and well-programmed
Why This, and Why Now?
- Our town lacks a year-round indoor space that welcomes both recreation and creativity.
- We need venues that are intergenerational and multipurpose—spaces where 8-year-olds and 80-year-olds both feel at home.

How We’re Building It
This is a privately developed and operated project, led by a local team that believes in the power of shared space to strengthen community life. We’re building a flexible, inclusive venue that’s financially sustainable and built for long-term impact.
The business model blends memberships, drop-in sessions, hourly rentals, and ticketed special events, allowing us to keep pricing community-friendly while supporting diverse programming.
We’re currently seeking investors, founding partners, and community collaborators who want to help bring this vision to life—whether you're passionate about hosting events, running programs, or simply seeing more connection in our town.
